As an average-joe homeowner who doesn’t have a hotel, this obviously wouldn’t be of use to me, but I still find it interesting to read up on new developments and see what’s out there. I think it’s a pretty exciting time in terms of the technology that is becoming available to us and I hope that we can continue to improve upon it and make it more affordable over time.
I would never be able to build or install anything myself, but I am sure that in time it will become easier and easier to just plug something in to one’s home, much in the same way that homes are being built with everything in place for central vacuuming.
I hate to be a conspiracy theorist (because I am generally not..), but do you see there being any real backlash against solar power in the future from more traditional energy suppliers?
well this is a very interesting technology, plug and play. with how technology is moving to the greater good i think solar will be the source of energy for almos everything, it all started with heating water in tanks using sun absorbant materials,solar energy for satellites, solar electric power for houses and small electronics, and now it solar electric car and yatchs. the way solar is going i dont think there will be any kind of backlash it will be development after development until it out does all electric firms using natural gases

a solar powered generator is a good idea, however, not everyone can afford the high price tag that goes along with it. Are there cheaper models out there for those with a modest income..that is a question a lot of people will be asking. Very good information on this particular model.
